Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy
All bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit covers administrative costs, provider reservations, and processing fees incurred upon confirmation of your booking. The remaining 70% balance is due 60 days before your travel date.
Cancellation Schedule
The percentages below apply only to the 70% balance. Your 30% deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

Force Majeure & Extraordinary Circumstances
If travel is impossible due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government travel bans, war, or similar unavoidable extraordinary circumstances), LeTour2 will issue a travel credit valid for 24 months from the original travel date. Credits are non-transferable.
Modification Fees
Date changes and modifications made more than 60 days before travel may be subject to a $75 administrative fee plus any provider rebooking charges. Modifications within 60 days of travel are treated as partial cancellations under the schedule above.
Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting LeTour2 to resolve the dispute may result in the cancellation of your booking and any credits, and may be reported to relevant authorities. Please contact us at info@letour2.com first.
EU/EEA Customer Rights
Under EU Directive 2015/2302 Article 12(2), if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances significantly affect the performance of the package or transport to the destination, you may terminate the contract before the start of the package without paying any termination fee and receive a full refund within 14 days.
The 30% deposit represents actual documented administrative costs incurred upon booking. EU/EEA customers may request an itemization of these costs by contacting info@letour2.com.
How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@letour2.com with your booking reference. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request. Refunds are processed within 14 days of confirmation.
