Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LeTour2 services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your travel date. Bookings made within 60 days of travel require full payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

Your 30% deposit is non-refundable in all cases. Refund percentages below apply only to the 70% balance payment:

• 60+ days before travel: 100% of balance refunded (you receive 70% of total back)
• 30-59 days before travel: 50% of balance refunded (you receive 35% of total back)
• 15-29 days before travel: 25% of balance refunded (you receive 17.5% of total back)
• Less than 15 days before travel: No refund (deposit and balance are kept)

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents including passports and visas. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. LeTour2 is not responsible for denied entry due to improper documentation.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. LeTour2 is not responsible for losses due to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

LeTour2 acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other third-party vendors.

7. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives when changes are necessary.

California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. LeTour2 is a registered participant in the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC). California residents who purchased travel services from a registered California seller of travel may be eligible for reimbursement from the TCRC if the seller of travel fails to provide the purchased services.
